Point offset- distance and bering

Hi guys,

So as part of our work we have to go out and reaquire data, ideally when we do this the points are right where they should be. But some times they are not. For example Point A wil have coordinates XY then when we go out to reaquire the point we record a new coordinate, a new X₁Y₁. If the new X₁Y₂ are different different then the orginal coordinate is there a tool that i can use the will calculate both the direction and bering of the offset. We can do it in excel but would prefer to do in arc.
