I have a Panasonic Toughbook Computer running windows 7 X64 with ArcMap 10.1 installed on it. In my vehicle I have a Sierra Wireless modem that is sending GPS data via serial port to my computer. ArcMap reads it just and displays in ArcMap. After an unknown amount of time, the keyboard and touchpad (mouse) lock up and cease to operate. My touchscreen still works so I can save my edits and shut the computer down, reboot and start back up again; however, I would like to figure out the problem so I can get it resolved. Anyone ever seen this?
