How can I search ONLY the threads (posts) that I have started?

How can I search ONLY the threads (posts) that I have started?

I’m not sure if there is a way to search

• Only the thread that I have started
• Only the threads that I have participated

It is a tedious kind of thing if I need to search exclusively my posts (started or participated) manually as I got more than 1,225 posts.
