Find distance from two points

Hi I am new to arcGIS. I have provincial centers (point), an Health Center (Point) and a Main Road network. I want to trace the distance from Health Center points to the provincial centers by using a Main Road network as a base.

What can I do to get this task done?

I am using arcGIS 10.
