Layer to KML Conversion tools

Hi,

I am trying to convert a layer to KML and everything works OK until the file is converted with a message saying 'layer to KML' and is saved. The output file size in only 1 KB. There is no error message.I have also checked the projection and is correct. Any one know whats happening?
