I accidentally installed 10.2 instead of 10.1 for my old Windows XP computer. I realized the version wasn't compatible when none of my tools would work nor ArcGIS Online.
My school gave me one license to install this. So my question is, do I have to 1) uninstall 10.2 and get a new license to get 10.1? 2) Extract the Deauthorization tool, download 10.1 with my old authorization code? --but will that even work?
