Can't Add Basemap in ArcMap

Hi there,

I tried to "Add Basemap" in ArcMap so I clicked the button and selected basemap such as "Imagery", "Topographic", etc.
What I got is a pop-out windows showed that "Windows can't open this file:"....as the attached image.
Anyone has an idea what is going on?

I have:
ArcGIS 10.1
Windows 7x64
