Copy rasters to new cell size

I have 25 rasters added to an unmanaged raster catalog. They have 3 inch resolution. I want to copy these to the same raster catalog at both 6 inch and 12 inch resolutions. Never worked much with rasters, and not sure which tool/procees to use. This seems like it would be simple, but I'm not seeing it. Any ideas? Thanks.
