I am running through errors in a topology using the error inspector. Using the keyboard shortcuts is a huge time saver. However, on some of the machines here some of the keyboard shortcuts work but some of them do not. Specifically, it looks like
X - mark error as exception
D - view description of topology rule
F - select parent features causing the error
don't work. The main one I need is X. I can right click on the error in the dialog box and once the menu is open I can hit X and it will mark the error as an exception, but it is non responsive without that context menu open.
I have tried it on a machine with a 9.1 Arcinfo license, and a machine with a 8.3 Arceditor license, and both behave in the same way. However, it works perfectly on a machine with a 9.3 Arceditor license. Unfortunately I need it to work on 2 machines for this project.
I've tried to customize the keyboard shortcuts under tools --> Customize --> keyboard but the error inspector commands aren't listed (that I can see)
