Error to share as map with wms preloaded

Hi everyone,

I have the next problem, i have making a Service Map with arcmap and wms, the url wms is "http://mesonet.agron.iastate.edu/cgi-bin/wms/us/wwa.cgi?". The problem is i see all information in arcmap but when i share as service, in Analyze fail... the error is Layer type is not supported...
Any Ideas?
I searched in forums, but i don´t found de answer...
