Same Projection, but still not aligning

Hello all,

I have a shape file that displays trails within a National Park boundary and I can not get it to align properly with other files set to a designated projection. Even though it has the same Geographic and Projection Coordinate System as our street centerline file (including our spatial reference file), it just will not.

Shape file's:
Geometry Type: Line
Coordinates have Z values: No
Coordinates have measures: No

Projected Coordinate System: NAD_1983_StatePlane_Arkansas_South_FIPS_0302_Feet
Projection: Lambert_Conformal_Conic
False_Easting: 1312333.33333333
False_Northing: 1312333.33333333
Central_Meridian: -92.00000000
Standard_Parallel_1: 33.30000000
Standard_Parallel_2: 34.76666667
Latitude_Of_Origin: 32.66666667
Linear Unit: Foot_US

Geographic Coordinate System: GCS_North_American_1983
Datum: D_North_American_1983
Prime Meridian: Greenwich
Angular Unit: Degree

Street Centerline's:
Feature Type: Simple
Geometry Type: Line
Coordinates have Z values: No
Coordinates have measures: No

Projected Coordinate System: NAD_1983_StatePlane_Arkansas_South_FIPS_0302_Feet
Projection: Lambert_Conformal_Conic
False_Easting: 1312333.33333333
False_Northing: 1312333.33333333
Central_Meridian: -92.00000000
Standard_Parallel_1: 33.30000000
Standard_Parallel_2: 34.76666667
Latitude_Of_Origin: 32.66666667
Linear Unit: Foot_US

Geographic Coordinate System: GCS_North_American_1983
Datum: D_North_American_1983
Prime Meridian: Greenwich
Angular Unit: Degree

Note, this trail shape file was merged from 20 others. Is there something I am overlooking here? Also, can anybody suggest how to fix this issue?
