Customized settings/keyboard not saving in 10.2

We recently upgraded to 10.2 at work. For some reason, none of my customized keyboard shortcuts seem to be saving; every time I open a new mxd, or even open an existing mxd, I have to re-enter all of my customized keyboard settings. I do a lot of feature extraction and feature editing, and I rely heavily on keyboard shortcuts. In the past, I was always able to set everything in the customize window once and it was good to go. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
