Annotations not reformatting/getting cut off

I have encountered this problem several times. When reformatting annotations that are in the map, there are times when one annotation label will not reformat. You can try to change the text/alignment/font as much as you want, but it will not refresh and show up. Seems to only happen randomly and to a few. Also, having a problem with annotations getting cut off. When I try to move them around in the map, there are certain places near edges that the label will then be cut off. It is not a uniform area around the map, for instance the left edge will be fine but the right edge has about an inch of area that cannot be used. Again, seems to be different every time I do a new map.

Are these bugs within the program or is there a way to fix them?
