Hi everybody.
This week I suddenly got a problem with zooming in ArcGIS Desktop. The functions for zoom in and out behaves in the same way as fixed zoom in/out (the zoom box does not appear). One solution to this might be that the options for "only display these scales when zooming" was checked in the scale settings, but it's not checked.
I've tried several mxd's, and every project has the same problem. I've tried resetting ArcMap, by changing the name of C:\Users\tod\AppData\Roaming\ESRI\Desktop10.1\ArcMap\Templates\Normal and even tried deleting the Whole ESRI-folder from this location. I've also tried using a different mouse, but as expected that's not correcting the problem.
