CLSID Error in 10.2.1

I've just installed ArcMap 10.2.1 with the Defense tools installed on several workstations which previously had ArcMap 10.1 on them. I ran the ESRI Uninstall tool, and, then installed ArcMap 10.2.1 over the 10.1 install. When certain users load up ArcMap now, they get 3 error messages.

Unable to create instance of object [CLSID: '65D3C9B1-4EB1-481C-9477-71094DEBCB1C' PROGID: 'ReviewerEngine.RevfeatureRectangulari.1'

Unable to create instance of object [CLSID: '675AC051-9511-44f0-A1DE-EFDD691BF385' PROGID: 'ReviewerEngine.RevS57RelationshipChec.1'

Unable to create instance of object [CLSID: 'CC45CD33-802F-44af-ACA8-C814C49D5F35' PROGID: 'ReviewerEngine.RevSOEValidationCheck.1'

I've tried doing a clean install on these workstations, and have also tried to delete these keys from the registry.

Has anyone else countered this?
