Good morning.
A co-worker ran into a problem with the Go to XY tool in ArcGIS 10.2. When he input the following coordinates in degrees minutes seconds (37 deg, 35 min, 83 sec N; -82 deg, 40 min, 2.38 sec W) using the Go to XY tool, the coordinates did not display in the correct location. In addition, the Go to XY tool displayed the following coordinates (37 deg 36 min, 22 sec N; -82 deg 40 min, 2.38 sec W).
I input the original coordinates on my ArcGIS workstation and received the same results.
Our office uses the Kentucky Stateplane Singlezone coordinate system by default. I also tested these coordinates under GCS North American Datum 1983, but got the above mentioned results.
Is this something I can fix in my ArcMap configuration or with a patch?
