Representations with markers on each vertex Problem

Hello Everyone,

I have a problem and consumed with that. Looking someone to help me.

I have a polygon layer and i am trying to make my polygon's symbology like on the below.

Firstly, i created new stroke layer and added dashes effect then i created 2 new marker layer (which will place on the right and left side of each vertices and should be on the line of polygons)and selected marker placement on vertices. The problem is my marker symbols can not place on line :/

Please tell me what is wrong? or Am i doing this fully wrong ?
