Problem merging MGRS grids

I am attempting to merge several MGRS grids into a single grid using Desktop 10.1. The output is always short one or more grids when displayed in ArcMap even though the attribute table contains the data. Occasionally, there will be missing fields in the attribute data.

Any solutions are welcome.
