Locate Features Along Routes: Lines Intersecting Other Lines

I would like to discover the route measure at which a line from Feature Class A intersects a line from Feature Class B. For example: at what measure does this culvert intersect the road (see attached)? Running A and B through Intersect together, then feeding the points into Locate Features Along Routes works, but I'm not sure if that's the most efficient way. Any thoughts? Thank you!
