Graticule do not line up with lines

Hi,
I have a problem when displaying Graticule on the map.

Data set and shape files are in Europian Datum1950_UTM31 .
They have been transformed from EuropianDatum1950 using ArcToolbox

When I display Graticules in Layout window, in the middle of map they do not overlap with horizontal lines,see attached file.
Lines represent UK North Sea block and they are following Lat/Long lines
If shape file is in ED1950 CRS everything is fine,but I need my shape files in ED1950_UTM31
Any solutions?
