Parcel Editor: the best practice to add polygons from polygon layer and CAD polygon to polygon fabric layer,

In the screenshot below, I wanted to add polygons from polygon feature class and CAD polygon to polygon fabric layer but couldn’t figure out the best practice to do this in ArcGIS 10.2.1.
