How to remove two vertical line in Russia?

See files attached, please. I want to remove the two vertical lines in in eastern part of Russia. They are view the best if you use World Miller Cylindrical projection and change the value of central meridian to 10.

I am using ArcGIS Desktop 10.2.

I am apologize for my incorrect terminology.
