Hi there,
I currently am in the process of transfering files from my old laptop to my new laptop. The old laptop runs ArcMAP 10.0 and the new one will run ArcMAP 10.2. I am wondering is there anything special that I need to do in regards to copying files from my 10.0 folder over to my 10.2? Such as any broken links that need to be fixed or updated? Or anything to do with ArcCatalog?
Also I have noticed in the ArcMAP Options tab there is a Display Cache tab where you can clear your Cache. If I do this am I correct in the understanding that I will lower the file size of my ArcMap folder? Or what does this do exactly?
Just don't want to mess anything up so any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
