Missing Add OLE DB connections to databases?

All,

I am using a laptop with ArcGIS 10.0 (sp5) and attempting to follow the instructions here to add the OLE DB button to ArcCatalog.

When I go in to the customize dialog and click on ArcCatalog categories I do not see this button as shown in the images, any idea why?
