Defining color of polygon using CMYK values from attribute table in ArcMap

Hello

Each polygon in my shape file has a predefined CMYK color associated with it in the attribute table i.e. 'cmyk color' is a column in my attribute table. I am trying to display these colors in ArcMap using the Symbology value field. However, the only colors I can use are the default color ramps.

Does anyone know how I can apply these colors in ArcMap? I have thousands of polygons so cannot set it manually.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
