Hi,
I just upgraded to ArcGIS Basic (ArcView) 10.2 and I noticed that screen refresh is poor!
I mean if you look at the files attached, in an Edit Session, if you move a label with a leading line, held in an Annotation Feature Class, the new leader line doesn't refresh properly.
The file Leader 'Leader Line before editing- ArcMap.png' is before moving the label.
The file Leader 'Leader Line after editing- ArcMap.png' is after moving the label, with no refresh.
I have to do press manually F5 in order to refresh the screen and see the result of my action! In file 'Leader Line refreshed- ArcMap.png'
I don't know if it is a poor behaviour of ArcGIS 10.2 and/or some settings to change.
I would be grateful if somebody could help.
Regards
