Difference between Direction/Length & COGO Construct 2-Point line Direction/Distance

I digitized a line in 2 different ways but ended up having 2 different lines with same starting point.

First I created a start point by an Absolute X, Y and then I used Direction/Length to end the line.
Second I created a same line by using COGO Contruct 2-Point line with Direction/Distance option.

Can anyone explain why am I having different results with same inputs (direction and length)?
