I am trying to create a new districting plan using the Districting extension, however every time I use the wizard to create a new plan I get the following error:
Error in GetDissolvedPoly. -2147467259 error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
When I look in the results screen of the geoprocessing window I see errors 000210 and 000354 because the extension tries to create a geodatabase file with a negative sign in the file name, causing the program to throw an error. The end result is that I get nothing. Does anyone know what could be causing this error and how to fix it? I know I can't ask ESRI for support.
